Know Your Rights Logo

Know Your Rights Campaign

Cannabis is a helpful herb used regularly by millions of people. Despite this, it is illegal in the United States and arrests for its use continue to rise. Cannabis users must understand their rights to avoid arrest and prosecution.

Sensible Use Logo

Sensible Use Campaign

Cannabis has enjoyed a long history of personal, religious, industrial and medicinal uses. Despite this, it is currently illegal according to US federal law and by state laws all across the nation. Even the limited exceptions for medical use are applied inconsistently, and medical patients and sensible adult users continue to be targeted for arrest and prosecution. Cannabis users must be educated and careful to avoid hassle and arrest and to derive the most benefit from its use.

Good Neighbor Logo

Be a Good Neighbor Campaign

Cannabis users must be sensible to maximize fun and avoid arrest. Stay out of situations that will attract police or potential rip-offs. Be a sensible user and a good neighbor so you can protect your privacy and avoid problems.
